Warranty coverage
Every Dingfeng machine is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery, plus lifetime maintenance support. During the warranty period, if a fault is caused by a manufacturing defect, we supply the replacement parts free of charge.
What is not covered
The warranty does not cover wearing parts (laser tube, lenses, belts, silicone pads) or damage caused by incorrect operation, unstable power supply or lack of routine maintenance. These parts are still available from us at cost price.
Wearing parts and service life
Typical wearing parts are the laser tube, focus lens and mirrors, belts and silicone rollers. Their service life depends on how the machine is used – we recommend keeping spare lenses and belts on site so production is not interrupted.
Spare parts shipping
Spare parts can be sent by air, usually within a few days, so a small fault does not stop your production for long. Complete machines cannot be shipped by air – they are always delivered by sea. For larger parts we will recommend the most practical shipping method.
Technical support
Technical support is available by email, WhatsApp and video call. Our engineers will help you diagnose the problem and, when necessary, travel to your factory.
After the warranty
After the 12-month warranty period we continue to provide spare parts and technical guidance at cost price for the life of the machine.
