Standard lead time
For standard models, production is usually completed within 7 to 15 days after the deposit is received. This is the time needed to finish and dispatch the machine from our factory. Customized configurations – special working widths, voltage requirements or additional units – take around 20 days.
Shipping time is separate
Delivery to your destination port is additional and depends on the route. Sea freight to nearby ports is much faster than to distant regions. We will confirm the estimated transit time to your port when you place the order.
What affects the production time
- Machine configuration (power, working area, feeding system)
- Voltage and plug type for your country
- Production season (orders before major exhibitions and at the end of the year are busier)
- Quantity (multiple units are produced in sequence)
Production process
Each machine goes through material preparation, assembly, electrical wiring, laser alignment, cutting tests and a final inspection before packing. We send you photos and video of the test cutting before shipment.
Checking your order
Once production starts, our sales team keeps you updated with production photos and the estimated shipping date.
