How is the machine packed and shipped?

Export wooden case

Every machine is packed in an export-grade wooden case, suitable for long-distance sea freight. The cases use treated timber with the required IPPC marking, so they clear customs without fumigation delays.

Moisture and shock protection

Inside the case, the machine is wrapped in a moisture-proof film with desiccant, and all moving parts are secured. Vulnerable components are protected with foam. This prevents rust and damage during the sea voyage.

Full container or shared container

Machines are shipped by sea. A single machine is usually shipped in a full container (FCL). Smaller units or spare parts can be sent as LCL (shared container) if you prefer to reduce freight cost. We advise which option suits your order.

Documents and photos

Before shipment we send you photos of the packed machine and the loaded container. The shipping documents include the packing list, invoice, bill of lading and the machine manual.

After arrival

When the container arrives, check the case for external damage before unloading and compare the contents with the packing list. If anything is missing or damaged, contact us immediately – we will arrange replacement parts.
