Before installation
Please prepare a level floor, the correct power supply (we confirm the voltage before shipment) and, for pneumatic models, a compressed air supply. The machine should be installed in a clean, dry area away from excessive dust.
Commissioning
Machines are tested and aligned before shipment, so most units are ready to run after connecting power and cooling water. Our engineers will guide you online through the final checks, including laser alignment, focus setting and parameter settings.
Training
Every machine is delivered with an English manual and video guides covering operation, parameter setting and daily maintenance. We also provide online training by video call, and the training material is shared so your operators can review it.
On-site service
When necessary, our after-sales engineers can travel to your factory to help with installation, training and troubleshooting. Please contact us in advance so we can arrange the schedule and travel documents.
Daily maintenance
Routine maintenance is simple: keep the lenses clean, change the cooling water regularly, check the belts and keep the rails lubricated. A maintenance checklist is included in the manual.
